No published pricing, warranties or timelines

This site does not publish prices, financing, materials, warranties, guarantees, certifications or completion timelines. Any such terms, where they apply, are set out in the written agreement for your project.

Cancellation and refunds

Quote requests are free and carry no obligation on either side, so nothing is charged and nothing is refundable at that stage. Where we enter into a written project agreement, cancellation, deposit and refund terms are set out in that agreement, together with any rights you have under Ontario's Consumer Protection Act, 2002. We do not publish blanket refund promises here because terms depend on the project.

Shipping and delivery

Not applicable. North Edge Build provides on-site construction services and does not sell or ship products through this website.
