Submitting the quote form starts a conversation; it does not create a binding agreement and does not guarantee that we will take on the project. Any work is governed by the written quote or agreement we provide for your specific project, which takes precedence over anything on this website.

No pricing or specifications on this site

This website does not publish prices, materials, timelines, warranties or technical specifications. Those details, where applicable, are confirmed in writing for your individual project.

Consumer protection

Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under Ontario's Consumer Protection Act, 2002 or other applicable law. Where a project agreement is a consumer agreement, the rights and cancellation periods provided by that legislation apply.

Intellectual property

The North Edge Build name, logo, site content and project photography are owned by North Edge Build or used with permission and may not be reproduced without written consent. Third-party names or marks referenced anywhere on this site remain the property of their owners.

Limitation of liability
